My Right Eye Lid Keeps Twitching, Especially When I Am

My right eye lid keeps twitching, especially when I am speaking. The twitching is now feeling like it wants to extend down the right side of my face to my lower jaw. I am confused as to what type of doctor I should try to see. I have mentioned this eye twitch to my eye doctor during annual eye exam & he did not indicate any concern. But the twitch has increased and it is now to the point that it gives me a headache. Again, what type of doctor should I consult for this problem?
