My Right Eye Was Swollen, And Then Just Above That

My right eye was swollen, and then just above that eye my forehead was swollen. Eventually went down, I use Eye Drops (Advanced Relief). A few days after my forehead in the middle of both eyes was swell. Swelling went down but came up again. Could you diagnose what the problem is?
