My right foot from ankle area hurts when I walk.
I know I have bad over-pronation, but the specialists said I can do nothing for that.
They x-rayed and saw arthritis of spine - 2 lower vertebres are a problem.
I tried a series of 3 cortisone injections 3 yrs ago. They did nothing and now the situation hurts worse.
Is there any point in returning to spinal specialist for arthritis. What can they do?
