My Right Forearm Has Been Sore And Tender To The

My right forearm has been sore and tender to the touch for about 3 days now. Yesterday it seemed slightly swollen/puffy just in the area of tenderness. Today, along with the other symptoms, there is a red line in the same area going from the bend in the elbow to about 4 inches down toward my wrist.
