My Right Forehead Is Becoming Darker And It Itches Sometimes.It

My right forehead is becoming darker and it itches sometimes.It has been about a year that i noticed it. I met dermatologists twice but the creams that were prescribed did rather worsen my skin (Caused Acne or something like that, i don't know what you call in medical term) and i stopped using it. Could i get any advice regarding this problem?
