My Right Hand Fingers Go Numb And Have Been Keep

My right hand fingers go numb and have been keep on doing this at least few times a day being more frequently of late... I thought maybe because of the cold so I keep it warm but there's no difference. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks if not l8nger
