My Right Hand Keeps Burning Inside ... Shooting Pain That

My right hand keeps burning inside ... shooting pain that can/t be ignored and after awhile it goes away.
It feels different from regular arthritis pain, it burns inside really painful then fianlly goes away.
I have had carpul tunnel however that is spelled surgery along time ago on that same arm, but this
is a different pain altogether.
The pain is located mainly in the area between the thumb and forfinger.
