My Right Hand Keeps Getting Swollen, Numbness And Appears Blochy

My right hand keeps getting swollen, numbness and appears blochy and with some burning. A week or two ago I woke suddenly in the middle of the night with horrible pain in my right are and was unable to make a fist and felt a weakness feeling in my right hand. Ever since all of a sudden it will swell with finger numbness and a blochy looking redness with a sort of burning sinsation.
