My Right Hand On The Palm It Itchy And Burning.

My right hand on the palm it itchy and burning. This has just started in the last few days. This same hand has been falling asleep at night and waking me up and also when I try and hold a coffee cup or grip something it falls asleep pretty quickly. If this is carpal tunnel does that usually cause the itching and also is there any exercises I could do to try and help it?
