My Right Hand Started Hurting About 2 1/2 Hours Ago.

My right hand started hurting about 2 1/2 hours ago. I thought it was just an arthritis ache. It has gotten worse and has spread into my little finger and ring finger. I can also feel some discomfort in my forearm. Is this something I need to worry about?
