My Right Has Been Bleeding When I Touch It Today.

My right has been bleeding when I touch it today. I have a history of tonsil stones but did not see a discharge of the stone. It looks slightly larger than my left tonsil. I went to the the dentist two days ago but she didn't mention anything about swelling
