My Right Hip Has Been Bothering Me For About A

My right hip has been bothering me for about a month now but it was very mild pain and only occurred here and there. I did notice that my hip would grind and sometimes pop when I walk. The other day I had 2 soccer games and now my hip hurts really bad. I didn't notice a specific time when something happened.
