My Right Kidney Removed Due To Infection Puss Cell And

My right kidney removed due to infection puss cell and few epithilia cell found ,function of kidney was 15 percent ,after on month ,i have done my retuine check up ,there is no puss cell urine ,but few epithilia cell found ,and there is inflemmation in kidney and itching in muscle ,very pain full suggest me for further treatment
