My Right Knee Has Been Aching For 8 Weeks, I

My right knee has been aching for 8 weeks, I had blood drawn on Friday, one suspect is gout... On Friday night my ankle swelled considerably, and now both ankles hurt. I was taking Ibuprofen regularly, but stopped taking it to check pain level. I need a short term solution for ankle foot pain, have tried ice, Epsom salts in hot bath, and even a Zaniflex last night so I could sleep. Foot will not support weight, hot, and swollen. Please suggest something for relief.
