My Right Knee Have A Tennis Ball Lump Under The

My right knee have a tennis ball lump Under the skin it moves sometimes and hurts. At times the bones hit down together and I cant walk. I have had injection on sept. 15th of this month. My next appointment is on oct. 2nd. called the doctor and was told to excersize it and ice it.
