My Right Leg From Mid Shin To Tan Line On

My right leg from mid shin to tan line on ankle is swelled up with mild pain just to the right of the tibia. I did not get hit in the leg. Just had physical on Friday April 8th and noticed a little swelling in both ankles that seemed a little dark. Right ankle is much more swollen than left. The more I am on my feet the worse it gets. I am a coach so I'm always outside, also play golf.
