My Right Leg Has Been Hurting For A Week Now.

My right leg has been hurting for a week now. It is stiff, swollen mostly at the knee, I can't put pressure on the knee. When sitting the back of the leg up to my butt hurts and is very uncomfortable. The pain is starting to go down the front of my leg also. I have not injured myself in any way.
