My Right Lower Side Near My Hip Feels Like There

My right lower side near my hip feels like there is a huge bruis but there is no external bruising and I have not fallen or gotten hurt I just woke up yesterday and it was like this. It hurts to the touch and when I breathe or bend at my waist in any way. I have felt pretty nauseous since and have been passing bowel quite a bit. Not to sure what's going on.
