My Right Nut Went Numb For About A 5 Minutes

My right nut went numb for about a 5 minutes and I got hit in the nuts 3 days ago and it was just my left one that was hurting for 3 days then the pain is slowly going away but then my right nut went numb so that concerned me... So what could've caused it ?
