My Right Pupil Is Larger Than The Left. I Have

My right pupil is larger than the left. I have been having occasional headaches on the right side of my head and eye area. I have had to stop doing push ups because I start to feel very painful pressure in my entire head. The headaches have been occurring for over one month now. My son noticed the uneven pupils yesterday. I am a 54 year old female in otherwise very good health.
