My Right Rigid Gas Permeable Lens Has The Indent Where

My right rigid gas permeable lens has the indent where the dot should appear. They made the indent on the lens but forgot to mark/fill in or whatever they do with the black marking. Because there is the indent but no filler...does it make the lens weaker? or can possible a piece of grit etc...get lodged in this indent? I am worried that it will be more susceptible to being damaged. Can you answer my questions? Thanks.
