My Right Shoulder Makes A Loud Popping Sound When I

My right shoulder makes a loud popping sound when I move it in some directions. It also makes a squishy sound when I rotate it. I hurt my shoulder minorly probably a month ago snowboarding and only hurt for a day or two but I then re injured it again about 2 weeks ago snowabording again in a worse accident and it hasn't gotten better. I also got an X ray and no bones were broken or displaced. Any ideas?
