My Right Side Hurts. It Feels Like I Have Been

My right side hurts. It feels like I have been kicked in the ribs. Of course that hasn't happened. My chest hurts when I drink water; I also feel the pain in my back. My pain in my back feels like cramps. This pain and soreness kept me up all night. I took pain pills(650g), muscles relaxers, but pain would not stop. I also took my nerve pills too. This pain has been going on for two days
