My Right Side Through My Rib Cage Is Very Painful

My right side through my rib cage is very painful sometimes, it hurts to breathe deeply or laugh and when I breathe it even feels like weezing or bubbles popping, the pain even is as far as in the right side of my neck, after a certain amount of days the pain will go away then come back again randomly
