My Right Superficial Femoral Artery Is Occluded. Extremely Low Blood

My right superficial femoral artery is occluded. Extremely low blood flow is seen distally. There is mild atherosclerotic disease throughout the left lower extremity.There is biphasic flow throughout left lower extremity. In laments terms What does all this mean ??
