My Right Testicle Started Hurting 2 Weeks Ago. And It

My right testicle started hurting 2 weeks ago. and it changes position frequently. My original much lower testicle is the right. But now they change position, sometimes the left is lower and sometimes the right. Sometimes its horizontal. But after a week the pain faded. My testicles just change position and goes horizontal and my urine is most of the tome yellowish. Sometimes i feel like my right testicle is being pressed or heavy. What is this? Help
