My Right Trap Muscle Hurts. I Cannot Turn My Head

My right trap muscle hurts. I cannot turn my head to the right without pain. I have "nerve lesions" that look like ant bites on my right elbow and on my right hand. It appears that my spine just below the "widows hump' is not straight. I have had what I call "nerve lesions" for several years now. There is no tingling, loss of use or weakness in my right arm, yet.
