My Right Wrist Has Been Hurting Recently. Today Is Saturday

My right wrist has been hurting recently. Today is saturday and I have gymnastics only on mondays and it started hurting yesterday. I can write without it hurting but I cannot put pressure on my palm. My best guess is that is sprained but I've sprained my left wrist before and it hurt a lot worse this one does.
