My Right Wrist Started Hurting About 4 Weeks Ago, It

My right wrist started hurting about 4 weeks ago, it hurts to rotate or flex the wrist the pain radiates up the ulna bone when I use my wrist, it also hurts right between the two bones and the base of my palm, I can hear it crack or pop every time i try to rotate it. I don’t recall doing anything that would have injured it. I fell a few days before it started to hurt, but don’t recall injuring the wrist, and I had picked up 2 full 5 gallon water containers for our live stock, which is am used to doing. I was wondering if i should be extremely concern or not
