My ring finger on my right hand gets stuck in the bent position after a night's sleep. To straighten it back out, I need to use my left hand to straighten. My entire right hand needs to be worked in to shape slowly as does my left hand but to a much lesser extent each morning. I am not over weight. I exercise regularly. I do grip exercises for both hands as part of my exercise routine. I do not drink or smoke but do have a fondness for sweets. I am not diabetic and my last glucose level check up was about 99. This just happened over the last few weeks.
