My Roommate Has Been Complaining Of Stomach Problems For Awhile

My roommate has been complaining of stomach problems for awhile now. I beleave he has high blood pressure ? Do to his lack of energy after a simple trip to the store. As well as his HOT & COLD FLASHES, &SO ON...HE COMPLAINS AFTER EATING almost EVERYTHING, SPICES FOODS LIKE SPEGETTI, AND SO ON. HE HAS little to NO APPETITE. For the last 4\5 days, he has developed a bubble like bulge,Right side below the right breast of breast ? Stomach ? When you push on it . It sounds like bubbles Squeezing out of ball or squeaky toy? He's grumpy and I can't get him to go to hospital. For fear of them admitting him!
