My Roommate Has Cellulite On Going Hospitalized Twice Now For

My roommate has cellulite on going hospitalized twice now for this, only now it's moved to his other leg, it started a year & half ago when he got staph infection. He is a meth user which he smokes but he has been put on antibiotics for the staph & cellulite but it doesn't seem to go away is this because of his use of meth?
