My Roommate Has Gone From Being Almost Normal In Body

My roommate has gone from being almost normal in body to 24/7 on 4 litres of air and he is wondering if a wrong mixture of medications may have contributed to the cause. He does have infasima but that never affected him before.he started going down hill after his new doctor started drastically changing his medications.Will tizanidine create such a problem?
