My Saliva Started To Dry Up Over A Year Ago

My saliva started to dry up over a year ago followed by a loss of the sense of smell and taste...Have had test for sjrogens which was negative...Internist says all blood work is normal..ENT said I checked out but could do a sleep test to see if mouth breathing or see an allergist for further tests..Other than this I'm in great health no medications of any kind ever........I can barely talk I'm so dry - and food is unappetizing to say the least...need some answers and don't want to run to every specialist in NY...would like some direction..thank you..
