My Scalp Has Not Been Itchy But Hurting..i Got Thin

My scalp has not been itchy but hurting..i got thin hair and bumps that seem to be pimples but scabbed on my scalp..not only with that..scale dry pieces come out from my hair aswell..sometime later on the days..a lump behind my left ear which hurts down my neck appears..what is it?
