My Sciatica Has Gotten Worse. I've Been Experiencing The Pain

My sciatica has gotten worse. I've been experiencing the pain in both hips for at least 10 years. I've had cortisone shots, acupuncture, taken Lyrica and ibuprofen, and physical therapy-which worsened the pain. When standing my legs become weak and numb. Is the current non invasive spinal surgery an option?
