My Second Toe In On My Left Foot Began To

My second toe in on my left foot began to feel is if it were numb, although when I touched it, I could feel myself touching. It happens mostly after I've been Latin dancing. The other day the ball of my left foot near to where the toes join felt bruised, then felt as if the outside edge of my foot was buzzing. Today I've been walking in wellington so for about 5 miles and my right big toe feels bruised and the ball near the toe line and again I have a buzzing feeling. Should I see a Dr about this please?
