My Seven Year Old Son Has A Spot On His

My seven year old son has a spot on his foot. It has a pin hole size back dot in the center and is white/yellow around that. I noticed it last night, at that time it was small, like a pimple size. The area that is white/yellow has gotten bigger and now has red around that area. It is hard to the touch.
