My Seven Year Old Son Has Had A Mix Of

My seven year old son has had a mix of symptoms. He has had a wet cough since Saturday, and vomited on Saturday after falling asleep mid morning. He seemed okay yesterday, just lower energy. He ate okay. Today (Monday) he had diarrhea and has complained of stomach cramps and being cold. His lips have had moments of bluish tinge, and his hands and feet are cold. No fever at any point.
