My Seven Year Old Son Is Out Of Control. Everything

My seven year old son is out of control. Everything I say or do is a argument, he throws things and constantly is saying hurtful things. He displays attitude all the time at school and home. He never wants to go anywhere, we have grounded him taken toys away as well as talking with him nothing is working? What do we do ?
