My Seven Year Old Was Poked In Her Left Eye

My seven year old was poked in her left eye this afternoon by her elder cousin with his drum stick. At first she admitted pain but said it was not too bad. How she can not open that eye due to watering and when she does she freaks and says she can't see. The whole area around her eye is red and very swollen but I can't see any marks on the eye ball its self. I've made a home made eye patch out of gauze and tape but I have no ideal what I need to do to help my child
