My Shepherd Lab Mix Was In The Back Woods She

My shepherd lab mix was in the back woods she must have chased some animal into its hole and was then digging to get at it. Her mouth was full of dirt wich I attemptedto wipe out with cold wet rag. There is blood in her mouth. She won't drink or eat. She keeps wiping at her mouth with her paws, getting very frustrated and chewing on her paw. The incident was 2 hrs ago,but she's still panting
