My Sinuses Just Started Hurting Like A Mild Headache, Starting

My sinuses just started hurting like a mild headache, starting with my nose and then going up from there. I have no congestion or a cold. It almost feels like I'm breathing in really cold air through my nose for a long time, so an achy feeling. I keep holding my nose closed for relief as if cold air is causing it. I just don't know what to take. Thanks so much.
