My Sister, 68, In Excellent Health Had Pain I Believe

My sister, 68, in excellent health had pain I believe in her abdomen when she went to the bathroom this morning. They did CT scan and found a mass the size of grapefruit and suspect ovarian cancer. Can you tell me any positive outcomes here? She doesn't drink, smoke, eats healthy, is at a healthy weight, exercises, no high BP
