My Sister Apparently Has Some Sort Of Infection That's Showing

My sister apparently has some sort of infection that's showing up in her stool sample. Her doctor has told her she needs an antibiotic. The only thing she remembers about the antibiotic is that the doctor mentioned "GEDIFF". I haven't been able to find what this stands for. Can you help?
