My Sister Broke Her Leg In May Caused By Tumor,

My sister broke her leg in May caused by tumor, they in put in a rod. She is walking but her leg is red and hot to the touch. Her skin is also peeling. They have checked for blood clots which was negative twice. She has a lot of fluid in leg too. Back of leg is really hard to the touch which has her concerned too. Do we go back to surgeon who put in rod? She's in a lot of discomfort
