My Sister Experienced A Feeling Earlier Where She Felt Suddenly

My sister experienced a feeling earlier where she felt suddenly aware and felt very tall/far from the ground as if she was on a ladder. She claimed to have had felt very uncomfortable while it was happening and she said she had a pressured feeling inside of her head. What could this be?
