My Sister Five Years Ago Found Out Through A Before

My sister five years ago found out through a before my that she had fallopian tube cancer she took treatment and been cancer free until last month now she has stage four colon cancer that has gone to her lungs she is 54and I am 45should I be really worried about getting cancer?
