My Sister Had Adrenal Surgery In March This Year In

My sister had adrenal surgery in March this year in another country.She is now complaining of pain under her ribs and had xrays that revealed multiple surgical clips in her epigastrium.What should be the next step.The surgeon who performed the surgery is apparently out of the country for anther two weeks.
