My Sister Has Been In Hospital For Three Days... Extreme

My sister has been in hospital for three days... Extreme fatigue, no appetite, extreme cold of extremities then night sweats and fever. Yellow stools coupled with nausea. Blood pressure w/medication 113/70 today. Also has a persistent dry cough. X-rays show nada...scheduled for scans today after she drinks 1-1/2 liters of water. What's your best guess?
